This place is not inexpensive, but with hot tubs, you get what you pay for. They were low pressure sales and then excellent installation and customer service. Free advice when I needed it.

I have no idea why I took so long to positively review these guys. My son convinced me to get a hot tub. I was reluctant expecting to use it infrequently. I went to hot tubs in the round and they were great. Even came back to reorient the tub when I changed my mind. And I have used my hot tub almost daily for over 3 years!

I have dealt with Redwood in the Round since 1997. I bought my Hot tub from them and they have maintained it over the years. They have always responded quickly and professionally. When My aged hot tub finally gives out I will be working with Redwood In the round to procure a new one.

I purchased my Hot Tub from Steve at Red wood 2017. It works perfect! Customer service is outstanding all 5 years. I only had minor fixes and warranty covered all of them. Steve “owner” always went above and beyond making sure warranty would cover for me. I use my hot tub 4-5x a week. My whole family uses it often. Very little cost to the electrical bill. In fact, putting Christmas lights with low voltage costs more a month. After the fear of balancing the PH. You realize it is easier than figuring out how to make a cup of coffee on a Kerup.. Trick is 4x a week walk outside and hit the clean button. Ever hear “people in motion stay in motion?” Same goes for a hot tubs. 5 🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇 for Red Wood

The whole crew at redwood is FANTASTIC. Meg is a very wonderful saleswoman who knew exactly what tub would fit my families needs. When it came to installation, Steve and Scott came right to my house and helped plan which way the tub would fit best in my yard, and helped me align the spot with my needs for privacy and accessibility. The Install was a breeze and they were very professional. I would recommend them highly.
