Steve reviewed our options and also allowed us to visit a local family who recently had the same unit installed before purchasing. Although there were delivery delays during the pandemic (late 2020), communication throughout was very good and the final delivery and setup was fantastic. I have dealt with Redwood in the Round since 1997. I bought my Hot tub from them and they have maintained it over the years. They have always responded quickly and professionally. When My aged hot tub finally gives out I will be working with Redwood In the round to procure a new one.
The NSI-56, only 30 sq. ft. in size, feels surprisingly roomy. With an O.D. of 5’x6’, sauna bathers can comfortably lie down on the top bench or comfortably seat three, with room to sit on the lower bench for those wanting to sit in a lower-heat zone.
