Redwood did a great job with our Hot Tub sales process, order and delivery. Steve reviewed our options and also allowed us to visit a local family who recently had the same unit installed before purchasing. Although there were delivery delays during the pandemic (late 2020), communication throughout was very good and the final delivery and setup was fantastic. Highly recommend Redwood in the Round for your spa needs.
The gentlemen who worked on our hot tub were very nice and helpful, just down to earth nice people. We were educated on how to maintain the chemicals and encouraged to reach out if we had further questions.
